1911/1936 SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENTS (TV HWY):

In 2012, the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) will resurface TV Highway, from Minter Bridge Rd west to Forest Grove. Before that project, the City will replace all of the 1911 and 1936 sewer district sanitary sewer lines affected by ODOT’s project.
This project will replace about 16,000 feet of sanitary sewer main line and most of the building laterals. All building sewer laterals will be inspected and replaced if needed. Replacing these almost 100 year old sewer lines will reduce maintenance needs and decrease the amount of ground water entering the sewer system. This will lower operating costs and increase system capacity
