| Active and Fun describes this indoor/outdoor instructional sports program which is designed to promote the mental and physical development of all involved. Participants will learn the fundamentals of each sport, basic motor skills through drills, and the concept of playing a game. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork and sportsmanship. Please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. All classes are held at Peter Boscow Gym (452 NE 3rd Ave). |
