The Washington Street Station project is a mixed use development featuring residential condominiums and commercial condominiums for purchase.

The project fits the transit-oriented development plan for downtown Hillsboro and the Washington Street corridor in particular and continues to build on the Hillsboro 2020 Vision and Action Plan developed by the community. The buildings will occupy the lots currently addressed as 435 and 445 East Washington Street.

The commercial condominiums will occupy the first floor of both buildings. They will contain professional office spaces of about 650 square feet and will sell from the low $100 thousands. The residential condos will be on the second and third floors, be 1,200 - 1,300 square feet, and will be priced from the mid $200 thousands. The homes will be two-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath.
