How To Order & Pick Up Tickets
Tickets may be ordered by phone with a VISA, Discover or MasterCard, or in person at Glenn and Viola Walters Cultural Arts Center, located at 527 East Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 (at the corner of 5th and Main Street).  Tickets may be picked up at the Cultural Arts Center's box office during normal business hours or one hour prior to the performance.  Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. The Cultural Arts Center does not mail ticket(s) to purchasers.  Box office hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Mon – Thur.), 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Fri.) and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Sat.). Seating & Doors Open
The theater holds approximately 200 seats depending upon set-up. All seats are general admission. The facility will be open one hour prior to the performance and theater doors will open approximately one hour prior to the performance.

Conditions of Ticket Sale
All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless the Cultural Arts Center cancels the performance.

Holder of ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event.

Any claim for canceled performance shall be limited to refund of ticket price. Such claim must be filed with seller within 60 days after performance was to have occurred.

Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger the holder of the ticket or others lawfully on the venue premises or venue property will result in immediate eviction from the venue without refund of ticket price.

No bottles, cans, thermos bottles, fireworks, alcoholic beverages or other objects likely to endanger persons lawfully on the premises or venue property will be permitted inside the venue.

The presenter of a ticket consents to a reasonable inspection of such items before entry into this venue.

Cameras, video recorders and audio recorders are subject to presenter’s authorization and may not be allowed into the facility.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
Sorry, lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be replaced.

Alcohol
Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the Cultural Arts Center unless provided by Cultural Arts Center or contracted vendor.

Late Seating
Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby until a suitable break in the performance.

Animals
No animals are permitted in the Center unless approved by the Manager or designated Center staff (with the exception service dogs).
