The Cultural Arts Center gift shop has many items that would make lovely gifts. Small wood pieces and jewelry by Dick and Jane Millager; jewelry by Bonnie Burbidge and Ann Marie Uyematsu (photo left); retro ornaments by Sylvia Miller, cards by Gerald Sticka, Sue Anne Seckora, and Koka Filipovic; sculpture by Robyn Fulfs, and more. Most pieces are under $50. Our gift shop is located in the lobby, adjacent to our front counter.

The Questioning Functionality (‹click to see catalog) series supports conceptual art coming from the intersection of craft and fine art. This will be the third Questioning Functionality exhibition at the Walters Cultural Arts Center.
Hillsboro's father and daughter art duo, Marinus Wolf and Linnie Brown (image left) will show a series of conceptual paintings called Related. The self-imposed rules of the project were to respond to a selected crossword clue/answer using the puzzle itself in the painting composition!

Jeff Jurrens (painting at left) and Kim Lakin return to the Cultural Arts Center to exhibit abstract art, painting and fiber respectively. Photographer Tom Jacquemin and watercolor painter Sandra Pearce both focus on landscapes as a vehicle to celebrate light and color.
