 The Hillsboro Arts & Culture Council has become a member of the Portland Art Museum’s Patron Business Program providing Hillsboro residents with FREE membership privileges. (This offer is for residents of the City of Hillsboro only.)
The membership card provides the following benefits:
- Free admission for two to the Portland Art Museum.
- A 10% discount in the Museum Shop.
- Membership privileges to museums across the western US through the Western Reciprocal Program. Find the list of participating museums at this link: portlandartmuseum.org/join/membership/reciprocal.

Terms & Agreements:
- Cards may be checked out by Hillsboro residents, 18 years or older, for up to 4 days at a time. (Exceptions can be made for use of the Western Reciprocal Program.)
- Only one card per group at a time.
- This program is first come, first served. No reservations or holds will be given.
- Oregon Driver’s license or ID card with Hillsboro address required for card check-out.
- If card has not been returned to the Walters Cultural Arts Center by the return date, the HACC reserves the right to bill the patron for the replacement of the card.
Checking out the card:
- Call the Walters Cultural Arts Center at 503-615-3485 or stop by at 527 East Main St, Hillsboro, OR 97123 to check the availability of the membership card.
- Checking on availability does not reserve the card, so you should pick up the card as soon as possible to guarantee the card's availability.
- When checking-out the card, the front desk attendant is required to check the patron's driver’s license or Oregon ID card for a Hillsboro address, then make a photo copy of the front of the card. The copy will be shredded upon return of the membership card.
- Check-out will also require the patron's name, phone number, email address, and a return date.
Returning the card:
Please return the card promptly to the front desk at the Walters Cultural Arts Center during regular business hours. There is no drop box available. If card has not been returned by the expected return date, the patron will be contacted. If card has not been returned after repeated attempts to contact, the HACC reserves the right to send the patron a bill for replacement of the card.
