The City of Hillsboro has developed a five-year organizational strategic plan to guide service to our community. Strategic planning is critical to determine who we are as an organization, where we are headed and how to get there. The process began with a series of employee kickoff meetings, workshops and questionnaires to allow employees to provide input.
