Significant Natural Resources Overlay Maps

Very Important Note:
The PDF files listed below are very large, and we recommend that you download them first before viewing them. To download the file, right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As..." (in Internet Explorer) or "Save As..." (in Netscape).

Note:
The boundaries of these resources are not accurate relative to tax lot lines and other features represented in the maps. These maps are intended to provide a general idea of where significant Goal 5 natural resources (wetlands, riparian corridors and wildlife habitat) may be located. The actual physical boundaries of these natural resources would be delineated prior to development or development activities occurring. Development is defined in the regulations for the Significant Natural Resources Overlay District (Ordinance No. 5269). Maps with an aerial photography background showing the general location of the natural resources are available for viewing at the Planning Department counter. These maps are not available for viewing on the City of Hillsboro website because they cannot be readily downloaded due to their large file size.
