In addition to the inflation adjustments, under the requirements adopted in the Density, Design, and Open Space (DDOS) Code amendments approved August 2007, the City has applied the existing Development Review process and fee schedule to two additional project types: two-unit structures and accessory and ancillary dwellings. The DDOS amendments also authorized fees for property line adjustments (proposed at $100) and for architectural review of single family homes in developments of 8+ lots ($20 per lot if submitted with the preliminary plat and $40 per lot if submitted with the final plat).
