Volume II contains Sections 136-143.

Sections 136-142:Light rail station Community Planning Areas (SCPA)

Section 143:  Urban Center (UC) zones

Volume I, Sections 1-135 includes definitions and procedural requirements that may apply or be related to the requirements stated in volume II Sections 136-143. For complete Zoning regulations applicable to property located within SCPA or UC zones, both Volumes I and II are required.
