Section 29.  Hillsboro, AmberGlen Community Plan

Pursuant to Sections 1(II) (B) and (G) of this Comprehensive Plan, the “AmberGlen Community Plan, January, 2010” document is incorporated into the Comprehensive Plan in its entirety.  Except for the AmberGlen Community Comprehensive Plan Map, all other planning maps and other graphic exhibits contained in the document serve only to illustrate the land use, urban design or transportation system improvement policy concepts prescribed in the Community Plan and do not have the force and effect of the adopted Hillsboro Comprehensive Plan Land Use, Transportation System or Public Facility System Maps.
