General Information

  • When you purchase your punchcard it is good for one year from the date of purchase or until all the punches are used--whichever comes first. At that time, you may purchase another card at any time before your next visit. You only need one punch card per family. Each visit is one punch per child. There is no refund for unused visits.
  • Children may not attend without parent supervision at all times.
  • There is no food or drink allowed in the multi-purpose room. You are welcome to come into the lobby for your snack and drink time.
  • There is a changing table in the women's handicap stall. We will accommodate a dad or grandfather who needs to use it.
  • We accommodate up to 20 children per day. When you arrive you should take a number from the front counter for each child you are bringing. You may sign in 5 minutes before the scheduled playtime. When you sign in and staff punches your card, please return the numbers to them. You may not hold a spot for someone by signing in for him or her when they are not present.
  • You should look in the left panel window when you enter the one-way parking lot for a red 8" x 11" sign. The sign will read, "Supertots is full today." If this is the case, it is easier on the children to leave instead of parking and coming to the door and having disappointed children.
  • Your child should leave shoes on during playtime because socks get slippery.
  • Please do not allow your child to go up the slides because it creates confusion for the toddler who does not understand up and down yet and can cause an accident. Please be considerate of the younger and the older child as they are at different levels of dexterity and motor skills. Many are just learning to share with another person. Be patient.
  • Please place toys in buckets, balls in the ball bucket, stack blocks into bin and park cars up by the storage room double doors before leaving.
  • Please do not bring your child when they are sick.
  • Enjoy our facility. It is here for you and your little ones!

If you have any suggestions or concerns, please let staff at the front desk know. We are always looking for ways to improve your experience.
