Community/Senior Center Opportunities

The following volunteer opportunities are Available at the Community/Senior Center.

Lunch Servers

Monday - Friday

11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Volunteers needed to serve meals, monitor salad bar, assist hostess with seating, keep beverage station stocked and help kitchen staff to make sure all patrons are served in a timely, effective manner. A once/week commitment is preferred.

Early birds needed to serve breakfast

Tuesday and Friday mornings

7:30 am - 9:00 am

Help out with the lunch program

Monday - Friday

9:00 am - 1:00 pm (shifts vary)

Volunteers assist Chef Tadashi & crew in the kitchen and dining room. Shift times and assignments are flexible. Episodic and on-going volunteers needed. Help out with food preparation, dining room set up, assist with beverage station & salad bar, serve, and/or clean-up.

Donation Driver Needed

Friday

9:00 am- 11:00 am

1-2 volunteers needed to be drivers to pick up food donations at various sites on Fridays. A strong commitment is needed for this position. Must have a clean driving record and pass a DMV check.

We are also recruiting for on-call drivers to fill in as they are needed.
