APPLICATION FEE
           
The Company will pay an Application Fee of 0.1% (.001) of the "total estimated value of investment," found on page 2 of Enterprise Zone application, capped at $25,000 (equivalent to a $25 million investment).  This Fee is payable to the City of Hillsboro at time of application.  The Application Fee will be refunded if the Company’s application is denied.
