HACC ARTS & CULTURE SUMMIT

2012 Table Reservations Policy:

The Hillsboro Arts & Culture Summit is a free event to attend, but due to limited space and the increased demand for table space at this event, the HACC has implemented a $40 registration fee for organizations wishing reserve a table at the Summit. The fee guarantees your organization a spot at this fantastic networking event!

Table Reservation starts on January 3, 2012.

The following reservation schedule will be followed:

Table space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and space may fill up before the Reservation Deadline. Early registration will help to guarantee your organization a spot, and is taken into consideration when designating table assignments.

For those organizations wishing to reduce costs, sharing or splitting a table is a great option! Organizations are welcome to use this option, but must find a partner organization themselves.

To reserve table space at the Summit, please call 503-615-3431. Fee payment must be arranged at the time of registration. We accept cash, check and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and Discover card only), but registration is only secure after payment has been received.
